HARIAN KALBAR (JAKARTA) – Menteri Kesehatan (Menkes) RI, Budi Gunadi Sadikin melantik 13 pejabat pimpinan tinggi pratama dan dua direksi rumah sakit di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan di Auditorium Direktorat Jenderal Tenaga Kesehatan, Hang Jebat, Jakarta Selatan, pada hari Kamis (11 Januari 2024).
Menkes Budi Gunadi Sadikin dalam sambutannya menyampaikan kepada pejabat yang baru saja dilantik untuk berkonsentrasi menerapkan dan melakukan transformasi pilar ketujuh, yaitu transformasi dari organisasi dan budaya Kementerian Kesehatan.
“Budaya kita sudah disusun oleh Kementerian PANRB, Berorientasi Pelayanan, Akuntabel, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif Dan Kolaboratif,” kata Menkes Budi.
Kemenkes telah berkomitmen untuk melakukan transformasi kesehatan melalui 7 pilar, yakni transformasi layanan primer, transformasi layanan rujukan, transformasi sistem ketahanan kesehatan, transformasi pembiayaan kesehatan, transformasi SDM kesehatan, transformasi teknologi kesehatan, serta transformasi organisasi dan budaya kerja.
Program untuk mengimplementasikan transformasi budaya memang tidak mudah, tetapi harus tetap dilakukan oleh setiap lembaga negara. Selain tidak mudah, transformasi budaya membutuhkan waktu yang cukup panjang.
“Setelah melewati masalah pandemi dan UU (Kesehatan), sudah saatnya kita berkonsentrasi agar Kementerian Kesehatan menjadi kementerian yang diteladani, dikagumi masyarakat, dan dapat menjadi contoh bagi kementerian lain,” jelas Menkes Budi.
Menkes Budi melanjutkan, program-program transformasi organisasi dan budaya kerja harus lebih dulu dilakukan oleh atasan, khususnya setiap pejabat eselon II Kementerian Kesehatan, sebagai contoh dan teladan di tempat kerja. Ia menambahkan, transformasi hanya bisa dilakukan, diajarkan, diteladani oleh atasan dan bukan oleh motivator, guru, atau profesor dari luar Kementerian Kesehatan.
Karena itu, kemampuan pejabat eselon II akan dinilai berdasarkan tanggung jawabnya melaksanakan transformasi organisasi dan budaya.
“Semua perilaku organisasi akan ditentukan oleh perilaku kita, apakah semua tugas yang kita lakukan memang demi kepentingan masyarakat dan bukan kepentingan pribadi, apakah kita sudah bekerja dengan harmonis dengan melibatkan semua pihak bukan melibatkan tempat kita saja, itu adalah tanggung jawab teman-teman sekalian,” kata Menkes Budi.
Rotasi di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan akan sering dilaksanakan hingga 6-9 bulan mendatang. Secara objektif, rotasi untuk mencari pemimpin-pemimpin terbaik di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan. Pemimpin terbaik memiliki kriteria seperti mampu memimpin, mencontohkan, meneladani transformasi pilar ketujuh Kementerian Kesehatan.
Menkes menutup sambutannya dengan ucapan selamat kepada pejabat yang baru saja dilantik.
